Our elegant restaurant offers creative cuisine of well-known international dishes and Filipino fusion food, created with ingredients fresh from the nearby farms and fisherman, purchased daily at the local market.
An example of our chef’s creativity is his exciting version of the Filipino classic Bicol Express, made with healthy & delicious free-range chicken instead of the traditional pork. Deliciously simmered in coconut milk with just the right amount of finger chilies to pique your taste buds, this is a dish that you’ll want to try more than once!
You can experience the peaceful atmosphere while savoring your food dining on the terrace in front of the restaurant, enjoying a fantastic view of the sea, with a cooling ocean breeze.
Start your day with a tasty meal from our extensive breakfast offerings served every day between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Throughout the day, the restaurant provides a large selection of home-made cakes, snacks, sandwiches and salads. Freshly made Italian coffees and a wide variety of teas are always available, awaiting your request.
From 5.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. daily our international master chef will either spoil you with a dish from our a la carte menu or serve a three-course dinner featuring fresh ingredients from land or sea. The seared tuna, caught fresh locally, served with our Chef’s special Wasabi sauce is as good a dish as you’ll find anywhere.
Bar
In the evenings, the seaside bar is a popular place where our guests can meet up and enjoy cocktails and a wide range of drinks. Try some of the local brews from the Manila & San Miguel breweries, have a glass of your favorite wine or liquor, or request a cocktail to savor as you recount the days activities and watch the night roll in across the Bohol Sea.
